Studio Space for Rent in East Lothian

We have two artist studios for rent in our Musselburgh workshops. We share our building with Leith Toy Hospital, and have space for a few individual artists or small creative enterprises to join our space.

We’re a friendly and vibrant group of creatives and would love to welcome some more artists to our community! We’re situated between the high street and the river, convenient for buses, local shops, river walks and the seaside.

We have a communal kitchen/sitting & dining area and scullery as well as a lovely big garden. We’re hoping to install solar panels and have a garden pottery workshop as well as an apple orchard and vegetable garden.

The studios are light and spacious and each have an ensuite toilet, built in cupboard and daylight strip light. They would both suit an individual artist or could be shared by two artists looking for studio space in East Lothian.
